I was contracted into Ogilvy to assist with the frontend development, of pages for Ogilvy's client. I worked from .psd docs to layout the page as specified and also tested in different browser and checked for AA compliance and W3C standards.
I also assisted with html updates/amendments on emails and other pages for Oglivy's clients.

Milkround.com (Contract)
Front end Web Developer

I was contracted into Milkround.com (a subsidiary of News International) to assist with the frontend CSS styling of the new site relaunch and to assist with frontend work on varied projects within the Milkround sites.
The main skills I utilised to accomplish this were, XHTML, CSS2, some Javascript and JQuery. I worked within Visual Studio to style the backend components and features of the site. Milkround uses an Agile environment, daily scrums and stories to accomplish projects efficiently and on time.
We utilised SVN as source control and worked in branches of the site, which was then merged up to trunk on a weekly release cycle.

I was contracted into McLaren to assist the current web designer/developer with content updates, image creation and editing, HTML email setup and sending.
The main skills I utilised to accomplish this were, XHTML, CSS2, Photoshop, Flash, some actionscript, Javascript and Dreamweaver. I received content and image updates for the main site which was first added to local site and then after checks and alterations, were uploaded to the main McLaren site.
I also assisted in the creation, setup and consequent release of email campaigns using email vision

Responsive Web Design & Mobile

I build responsive web and mobile interfaces using HTML5, Flexbox, and CSS3. I use HTML5 for the foundational structure, while Flexbox allows me to create dynamic, adaptable layouts for any screen size. With CSS3, I add styling, animations, and transitions to bring the designs to life, resulting in clean and visually appealing interfaces.

Using Figma, I design layouts and user flows, which helps clients visualise the navigation of their website or mobile application. This process allows them to provide feedback, suggesting additions or removals to the designs based on their needs. Once the designs are finalised, I export the assets directly from Figma and integrate them into the web project, which I develop using Visual Studio Code.

I use Photoshop and Illustrator to create and optimise a variety of web-based visuals, including logos, icons, and banners. I work in Illustrator for scalable vector assets and in Photoshop for detailed, pixel-based work.
